Assembly Line

The chicken' are placed on the assembly line, put to sleep, then straight away butchered to start with the draining process. washed with hot RO filtered water, they are placed in the ice machine, then they are cut to precise pieces by our professional staff, placed into packaging and moved into the storage facility.
